摘要
针对中东及北非沙漠环境窄路面路况而研发了一种新型沙漠快移钻机。通过采用模块化设计理念,并在结构设计上使用SAFI,ANSYS软件分析优化,最大限度减小了整体运输尺寸。新型的液缸起升模式及三点式主机模块移运系统成功应用,也为其他级别快移钻机的设计积累了设计经验。
A new desert fast-moving drilling rig is developed for the narrow road condition of the desert environment in Middle East and North Africa. The overall transportation dimensions are minimized by using the modular design concept with the assist of SAFI on structure design and the ANSYS on analysis and optimization. The successful application of the new cylinder-raising mode and three-point drilling modular transportation system would accumulate experience for the design of other fast-moving rigs.
