摘要
运用有限元软件模拟分析了某船用超低温截止阀在低温试验工况时的温度场,采用热结构耦合方法分析了其热应力场,结合研制样机实际低温试验测试数据,说明了分析方法的合理性,并得出了相关结论,可为低温阀门的结构优化、产品研制提供理论参考。
The temperature field of cryogenic globe valve during low-temperature test was simulated through the finite element software,and the thermal stress field was analyzed by using the thermal-structure coupling theory. Compared with the experiment data,the reasonability of the simulation method is proved,and related conclusions are obtained. It would offer theoretical reference for structure optimization and product development of the cryogenic valve.
