摘要
基于圆盘剪剪切带钢的原理,分析了上、下刀刃侧间隙及重叠量在滚剪剪切过程中对剪切质量的影响大小,并对圆盘剪的上、下刀刃侧间隙及重叠量的设置值提出了新的观点,同时分析了准确地计算圆盘剪剪切力有助于圆盘剪结构合理的设计。根据圆盘剪剪切的工作过程特点,推导出更接近实际的剪切力计算公式。经实践经验证明该推导公式得出的结果与实际更相符。
Based on the principle of disc shears of the strip,the upper and lower blade side clearance and overlap shear effects on the cutting quality of the cutting process in size and roll are analyzed in this paper,and a new view to the set value of the upper and lower blade side clearance of disc shear and overlap is put forward; meanwhile,the fact that accurate calculation to the shear stress of disc shear is helpful to designing reasonable structure of disc shear is analyzed. According to the characteristics of the disc shear working process,the shear force calculating formula that is closer to the actual situation is derived. It has been proved by practice that the results obtained from this formula are more consistent with the actual situation.
