阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷对老年脑梗死颈动脉粥样斑块的治疗效果观察被引量：6

摘要目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷对老年脑梗死颈动脉粥样斑块的治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月收治的78例老年脑梗死患者的临床资料进行分析,将其按照治疗方案不同分成对照组(39例)与研究组(39例)。对照组行氯吡格雷治疗,研究组于对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗,比较2组颈动脉斑块面积、内膜中层厚度(IMT)以及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后颈动脉斑块面积、IMT均较治疗前优,且研究组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论老年脑梗死采取阿托伐他汀、氯吡格雷联合治疗可有效改善颈动脉粥样硬化情况,且安全性较高。
