摘要
主要介绍了新型氙灯老化机的相关设计技术,主要包括氙灯老化机系统结构设计、控制系统设计、辐照强度测量装置设计、供电系统设计、供水系统设计、制冷系统设计等。该新型氙灯老化机克服了样品架因转动而使信号线难以将信号传送到控制系统的缺陷,同时解决了无法使用导线直接为信号发射器提供电力的问题。系统结构更简单,使用寿命更长。
This paper mainly introduces the related technology of xenon lamp aging test equipment,including the structure design of xenon lamp aging test equipment,control system design,radiation intensity measurement device design,power supply system design,water supply system design,refrigeration system design,and so on. The new xenon lamp aging test equipment overcomes the defect that signal line is difficult to transmit the signal to the control system when the sample frame is rotating. At the same time,the problem that the power supply can not be directly transmitted to the signal transmitter can be solved. The system structure is simpler and the service life is enhanced.
