摘要
以棕榈酸、芥酸、N,N-二甲基丙二胺、1,3-二氯-2-丙醇为原料,离子液体为催化剂,多元醇为溶剂,通过多组分串联反应合成双子表面活性剂;与传统制备方法相比,该方法具有原子经济性、制备工艺简单、能耗小、成本低等优点,是一种适合于工业生产的新方法.将得到的双子表面活性剂作为稠化剂制备油田清洁压裂液,具有耐温耐剪切性能好,携砂性能好等优点.
Using the ionic liquid as the catalyst,the gemini surfactant is synthesized by multicomponent dominoreaction with the materials palmitic acid,erucic acid,N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propane diamine and 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol. Comparing with the traditional methods,the new procedure is fitter for industrial production,because of theatom economy,simple preparation process,lower energy consumption and cost. A cleaning fracturing fluid isprepared by using this gemini surfactant as viscosifier. This cleaning fracturing fluid is thermally stable and has agood temperature resistant capacity which has the shearing resistance and good sand-carrying performance.
