摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对老年干部病房脑卒中患者康复效果及满意度的影响。方法方便选取2014年9月—2016年9月间该院老年干部病房救治的脑卒中患者102例,依据护理方式的差异,将102例患者划分为对照组61例、实验组61例。其中,对照组患者采用常规护理服务,实验组患者采用优质护理服务,观察两组患者临床康复效果、护理满意度。结果出院时,实验组患者Barthel指数、神经功能、临床护理满意度、SF-6评分指标,较优于对照组患者。例如:出院时,对照组患者Barthel指数评分为(50.91±15.63)分、神经功能评分为(22.14±4.37)分,而实验组则为(78.88±20.66)分、(15.63±2.73)分;对照组患者治疗护理评分为(9.02±0.24)分、治疗环境评分为(9.11±0.38)分,而实验组为(9.33±0.26)分、(9.40±0.42)分;对照组患者生理功能评分为(76.03±4.13)分、社会功能评分为(69.86±3.14)分,实验组则为(89.87±4.25)分、(82.74±4.11)分。即两组患者各数据间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年干部病房内脑卒中患者,优质护理服务的开展,可有效改善其临床康复效果,提升护理满意度,存在临床推广价值。
Objective To discuss the effect of excellent nursing service on rehabilitation effect and satisfactory degree of stroke patients in the senile cadre unit. Methods 102 cases of patients in the senile cadre unit in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 61 cases according to different nursing methods, the control group adopted the routine nursing services, while the experiment group adopted the excellent nursing service, and the clinical recovery effect and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were observed. Results The Barthel index, nerve function, clinical nursing satisfactory degree and SF-6 score in the experiment group when leaving hospital were better than those in the control group, for example, the Barthel index score, nerve function score, treatment nursing score, treatment environmental score, physical function score and social function score in the control group and in the experiment group were respectively（50.91 ±15.63）points,（22.14 ±4.37）points,（9.02 ±0.24）points,（9.11 ±0.38）points,（76.03 ±4.13）points,（69.86 ±3.14）points and（78.88 ±20.66）points,（15.63 ±2.73）points,（9.33 ±0.26）points,（9.40 ±0.42）points,（89.87 ±4.25）points,（82.74 ±4.11）points, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusion The development of excellent nursing services in stroke patients in the senile cadre unit can effectively improve the clinical recovery effect and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical promotion.
