摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜手术治疗凝固性血胸的效果。方法方便收集该院2012年4月—2017年2月收治的52例凝固性血胸患者,依据就诊顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组26例。观察组采用胸腔镜手术对患者进行治疗,对照组采用开胸手术对患者进行治疗,观察2组临床手术治疗效果及并发症情况。结果观察组术中出血量(122.56±16.87)mL、手术时间(44.63±16.95)min、住院时间(9.85±0.95)d、术后置管时间(23.95±2.95)h与对照组(161.75±13.96)mL、(83.95±12.67)min、(15.62±2.15)d、(46.28±4.76)h比较均明显减少,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率3.85%明显少于对照组23.08%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜手术治疗凝固性血胸具有较为明显临床效果,可缩短手术时间短,减少术中出血量,缩短引流管留置时间,促进恢复,减少并发症,临床应用价值高。
Object ive This paper tr ies to inves tigate the effect of thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of coagulated hemothorax. Methods 52 cases of coagulable hemothorax pat ients in this hospi tal from Apr il 2012 to February 2017 were convenient selected and divided into observation group and control group according to randomly, with 26 cases in each group. The pat ients in the observation group were treated by thoracoscopy, and the control group was treated with thoracoto-my. The cl inical effect and complicat ions of the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group, the intraopera-tive bleeding was （122.56±16.87）mL, the operat ion time was （44.63±16.95）min, hospi tal ization time was （9.85±0.95）days , pos toperative catheterization time was （23.95±2.95）h, and those in the control group were （161.75±13.96）mL, （83.95±12.67） min, （15.62±2.15）days , （46.28±4.76）h, with s ignif icant reduct ion, the difference was s ignif icant between the groups （P〈0.05）; the overall complicat ion rate in the observation group was 3.85%, signif icantly less than the control group of 23.08%, the difference was signif icant between the groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Thoracoscopic surgery for coagulated hemothorax has obvious curative effect, which can shorten the operat ion time, reduce the bleeding amount, shorten drainage time, promote recovery, and reduce complicat ions , with high cl inical appl icat ion value.
