深圳市龙华区2~6岁儿童静脉血微量元素检测结果分析及应用价值 被引量:5

Analysis of Test Results and Application Value of Venous Blood Microelement of Children Aged from 2 to 6 in Longhua District in Shenzhen

摘要 目的了解深圳市龙华区儿童血清微量元素水平,为儿童预防保健工作提供参考依据。方法整群选取2015年1月—2017年1月深圳市龙华区2~6岁儿童1 472名,采用全血、血清多元素分析仪,对儿童静脉血中锌(Zn),镁(Mg),铜(Cu),钙(Ca)和铁(Fe)元素进行测量,同时对结果开展统计分析。结果深圳市龙华区2~6岁儿童全血中5种微量元素均存在不同程度的缺乏,其中Ca元素的缺乏最为严重,缺乏率为55.30%,其次为Zn和Fe,缺乏率为32.47%和32.51%;不同年龄组儿童的Zn、Cu、Fe含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄组儿童Mg、Ca含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别组儿童的5种元素含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童微量元素缺乏的防治工作势在必行,对儿童静脉血微量元素开展及时检测,可对存在的问题进行及时发现并开展相应治疗,从而使儿童的健康成长得到保障。 Objective To know the serum microelement level of children in Longhua District in Shenzhen thus providing referrence for the preventive and healthcare work. Methods 1 472 cases of children aged from 2 to 6 years old in Longhua District in Shenzhen from January 2015 to January 2017 were group selected and the Zn, Mg, Cu, Ca, Fe of children were measured, at the same period, the results were statistically analyzed. Results The five microelements of children aged from 2 to 6 years in Longhua District in Shenzhen District had different degrees of shortages, and the shortage of Ca was the most serious, and the shortage rate was 55.30%, and the Zn and Fe were the second, the shorage rate was respectively 32.47%and 32.51%, and the differences in the Zn,Cu,Fe contents between different ages of children group were statistically signfiicant(P<0.05), and the differences in the Mg and Ca contents between the differnet ages group(P>0.05), and the differences in the five elements contents between the differnet genders group(P>0.05). Conclusion The prevention and control work of children with deficiency of microelement of children is imperative, and the devleopment of timely test of venous blood microelements in children can discover the existing problems in time and conduct the corresponding treatment thus ensuring the healthy growht of children.
