摘要
采用吹脱-酸析-臭氧氧化工艺预处理橡胶促进剂废水,通过改变Na OH投加量、气液比、吹脱时间、p H值、曝气时间、臭氧投加量等,确定最佳反应条件,结果表明:对原水CODCr的质量浓度为12 000 mg/L的橡胶促进剂废水处理后,废水CODCr的总去除率为82%,作为蒸发除盐预处理,可以保障除盐装置的运行。
Air stripping-acid out-ozone oxidation process was used for pretreatment of wastewater from rubber accelerator production. Through changing NaOH dosage, gas-liquid ratio, air stripping time, pH value, aeration time, ozone dosage, and some other factors, the optimal reaction condition was determined. The results showed that, using the said process to treat wastewater from rubber accelerator production with CODcr mass con-centration of 12 000 mg/L, the total removal rate of CODCr reached 82%, therefore, the process could be used forevaporation desalination, which could guarantee desalination equipment operation.
