摘要
建筑策划学是建筑学的一门分支学科,以使用后调查为主要方法和手段,旨在把握生活与空间的关系,让人为的建筑更好的为人服务。建筑策划学的开展不仅有助于对建成并使用的建筑做出客观的评估,更可以强化对建筑本质——建筑功能与使用——的认识,进而促进人本的建筑理论和价值观的形成,并帮助构建科学的设计方法论。在此方面日本长期的教育及设计实践,尤其是90年代后公共参与型设计方法论的探索,颇值得学习和借鉴。
Architecture Programming is a field aims at manifesting the relationship between life and space through survey and post-occupation evaluation. As one of an important branch of architecture discipline, it is helpful to get not only an objective evaluation of building, but also a comprehensive understanding of the concept of Function and Usage, and rethinking on architectural theory and design method construction as well. Japanese has rich experience in architectural programming for more than half century, especially participatory design method since the 1990 s.
