自发性孤立性腹腔干动脉夹层的形态学分型和治疗进展 被引量：3

摘要 自发性孤立性腹腔干动脉夹层（spontaneous isolated dissection of the celiac artery,SIDCA）是一种临床上的罕见血管疾病,随着CT技术的改进,该疾病被越来越多地报道[1-3]。然而,SIDCA的病因、自然发展史及预后情况等都未被阐明。据文献报道,SIDCA可能与动脉粥样硬化、肌性纤维增生、中层囊性坏死、结缔组织疾病等有关[4]。部分文献将SIDCA与自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层混合报道,
