“四步培训法”在急诊科护士除颤技术培训中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨急诊科护士除颤知识和操作技能培训中的新方法、新途径,并观察其应用效果。方法:2017年2~4月,我院对安徽省胸科医院24名急诊护士进行除颤知识和技能培训,培训采用"理论讲授+操作练习+反面模拟录像辨析+情景模拟演练"的四步培训方式,在培训前后分别填答相关调查问卷并进行除颤知识和操作技能的考核。结果:培训后,护士实施除颤技术的自信心较培训前有显著提高,除颤重难点知识把握与技能考核成绩优于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"四步培训法"能在较短时间内有效增强急诊科护士的除颤意识和自信心,提升护士除颤知识的水平和规范化除颤操作技能,有利于提高危重患者抢救成功率。 Objective:To explore the new methods and new approaches in the training of defibrillation knowledge and skills of emergency nurses,and to observe its applying effect.Methods:A total of 24 emergency nurses of Anhui Chest Hospital received a training of defibrillation knowledge and skills from February to April 2017.The training adopted four-step training method namely "theoretical instruction + operational exercise + analysis of negative analog video + scenario simulation exercise".Questionnaires were distributed before and after the training,and defibrillation knowledge and skills were examined.Results:After training,the confidence of nurses to implement defibrillation technology was significantly improved than before.The scores of the mastery of difficult points,and skill assessment were better than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The "four-step training method" can effectively strengthen nurses' awareness of defibrillation and self-confidence in a relatively short period of time,enhance level of defibrillation knowledge mastery and standardized defibrillation skills of nurses,and improve rescue success rate of critically ill patients.
