摘要
分析了基带处理芯片功耗的来源,总结了SOC设计中降低功耗的主要方法;结合天通卫星移动通信系统的特点,从不同层次对基带芯片的低功耗设计方法进行阐述,并通过对样片进行功耗测试分析,验证了本文中低功耗设计方法的可行性和有效性。
This paper analyzes the source of power consumption of baseband processor chip and summarizes the main methods of reducing power consumption in SOC design. Considering the characteristics of the Tiantong satellite mobile communication system, the low-power design method for baseband chips is described. The corresponding analysis and power test of samples can verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
