摘要
在供给侧改革背景下,最值得关注的焦点是宅基地征收问题,尤其是政府和农民之间的征收补偿博弈。通过对山东省茌平县X村进行实地调查,介绍了山东省茌平县X村宅基地征收的现状,对农村宅基地征收补偿"乱象"及其存在的制约因素进行了分析,提出相应的解决对策。
Under the background of the supply-side reform,one of the focus is the rural homestead expropriation,especially the expropriation compensation.Based on the survey in X village of Chiping in Shandong province,this paper introduces the general situation of rural homestead expropriation,and analyzes the current chaotic situation and the restricting factors of rural homestead expropriation compensation,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.
