摘要
文章提出了渡运区域水上警戒区域设置及入界识别的算法,实现了主动报警与警告、同步联动摄像取证等渡运斑马线,形成了长江渡运区域基于AIS的主动安全方案。实验表明,该方案能实现渡运区域目标入界识别,能实现渡运区通航安全管理的主动性与高效性。
This article comes up with the methods for alert area setting in the ferry area and algorithm of en-try identification,realizes ferry transport zebra crossings such as active alarm and warning and simultaneous mo-tion of video forensics as well as forms an active safety program based on AIS information in the Yangtze River ferry area. The experiments indicate that this program can realize identification of target entry as well as ensure the efficiency of navigation safety management in the ferry area.
