摘要
我国西南边境地区一直是犯罪分子偷渡的重灾区,涉恐偷渡存在境内长途运输、边境接驳转运,查处难度大、暴恐行为具有突发性等特点。现场查控中,存在对追缉中的涉暴恐车辆缺乏安全有效的阻停战术和对涉暴恐车辆查缉缺乏安全控制模式两个问题。对此,应对车辆进行动态截停战术和对车辆截停后的查控模式进行改进,以全面提升涉暴恐车辆查缉的安全系数。
The south-west border areas of China have been the severely afflicted areas of illegal immigration all the time. Illegal immigration and terrorismin boder areas are characterized by domestic long-distance transport, cross-docking down the borders, great dificulty in investigation and disposal and abrupt burst of violence and terrorism. In onsite investigation and control of violence and terrorism-involved vehicles, the investigators lack safe and effective interception tactics and security control modes. Therefore, the article suggests that dynamic interception tactics should be adopted to intercept the violence and terrorism-involved vehicles and investigation and control modes should be improved in an effort to comprehensively improve security coefficient of investigation and control of violence and terrorism-involved vehicles
