改良Sauve-kapandji手术在桡骨远端陈旧性骨折并下尺桡关节脱位的临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨改良Sauve-kapandji手术治疗桡骨远端陈旧性骨折并下尺桡关节脱位的临床效果。方法自2009年3月至2016年1月收治陈旧性下尺桡关节脱位患者19例,其中男7例,女12例;年龄34~53岁,平均41岁。采用改良Sauve-kapandji手术矫正骨折畸形、减轻腕关节疼痛、改善前臂旋转功能,根据术后前臂旋转活动范围、截骨区旋转痛、冲击痛以及手腕部功能和负重情况有无改善等评价其临床效果。结果 19例患者均获良好效果,尺骨正向变异全部纠正,无融合失败。疗效评价标准参照蔡培华等设定的标准评价,结果优11例,良好8例,优良率100%。结论改良Sauve-kapandji手术是治疗陈旧性桡尺远侧关节脱位的一种有效的、安全的方法。该手术既保留了腕关节尺侧的骨性支撑,又解除了腕关节的疼痛,改善了前臂旋转功能,可获得满意的临床疗效。
