Artemin在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与侵袭转移的关系被引量：2

摘要目的:探讨Artemin在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与侵袭转移的关系。方法:收集2012年1月-2016年12月我院收治的90例非小细胞肺癌手术标本及30例正常肺组织标本,按术后病理分为肺腺癌组(Ⅱa、Ⅱb、Ⅲa期)、肺腺癌组(Ⅰa、Ⅰb期)、肺鳞癌组及正常肺组织组,检测各组组织中Artemin的表达量。结果:肺腺癌组(Ⅱa、Ⅱb、Ⅲa期)Artemin表达量最高,肺腺癌组(Ⅰa、Ⅰb期)Artemin表达量次之,肺鳞癌组与正常肺组织组最低。结论:Artemin在肺腺癌中的表达及其与腺癌的侵袭转移相关联。
