摘要
目的:探讨对胰腺癌患者术后实施强化护理及血糖监测的临床意义。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月在本院实施胰腺癌手术治疗的患者69例为研究对象,随机将患者分为研究组(35例)和对照组(34例)。研究组采用强化护理及血糖监测,对照组采用常规护理及血糖监测。比较两组术后血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、高血糖发生次数等指标。结果:研究组患者禁食期间空腹血糖、进食后晨起空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖的达标时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者高血糖发生次数、低血糖发生次数均少于对照组,胰岛素用量均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的切口愈合时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,切口感染率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胰腺癌患者术后实施强化护理及血糖监测有利于患者血糖水平控制在良好的水平,对减少患者术后并发症具有积极作用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of intensive care and blood glucose monitoring in patients with pancreatic cancer after surgical treatment.Method： A total of 69 patients who underwent surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects,they were divided into study group（35 cases）and control group（34 cases）.The study group using intensive care and blood glucose monitoring,the control group using conventional care and blood glucose monitoring.Comparison of the two groups of postoperative blood glucose compliance time,the amount of insulin,the number of high blood sugar and other indicators.Result：In the study group,fasting blood glucose during fasting,fasting blood glucose in the morning,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of hyperglycemia and the incidence of hypoglycemia were lower in the study group than those in the control group,the insulin dosage of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the wound healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the incision rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is beneficial to the patients with pancreatic cancer after intensive nursing and blood glucose monitoring,the blood glucose level of the patients is controlled at a good level,which has a positive effect on reducing the postoperative complications.
