摘要 从光学谐振腔阈值条件的推导出发,利用光学薄膜设计软件Filmstar为谐振腔的左右腔镜各设计了两种光学薄膜,使1 030.5 nm^1 055.5 nm波段连续可调谐的Yb:YAG激光器实现了工作状态的最优化。针对左右腔镜,对设计方案所得结果进行了比较,并分析了方案的可行性。结果表明,左腔镜两设计方案与优化目标的差距均小于1.15%;右腔镜两设计方案与优化目标的差距均小于0.05%,本文设计为激光器谐振腔的腔镜镀膜提供了可靠的理论依据。 Starting from the threshold of optical resonators, a design of the film-systems used for the cavity mirrors is presented by using the Filmstar optical design software. The design can realize continuously tunable Yb:YAG laser optimum output at wavelength from 1 030.5 nm to 1 055.5 nm.For each cavity mirror,two film-systems are designed with 1 030.5 nm and 1 055.5 nm as design wavelength respectively.The results indicate that the difference between theory data and optimal targets is less than 1.15% for the left mirror and 0.05% for the right mirror.The practical design in this paper can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the coating of cavity mirror.
