摘要
采用网络技术及现场数据采集和管理,搭建了一个高效生产监控平台,在监控平台上结合MS和PDCA管理思想开发了一套橡胶硫化监控管理系统,实现了硫化车间系统化管理,包括生产计划管理、工装和材料管理及记录生产过程硫化参数,并依据后台数据自动判断产品的品质,制成原始记录卡,实现数字化和可追溯性管理。
An efficient manufacture monitoring platform was set up by using network technology and the field data collection and management system, and a rubber vulcanization monitoring management system which provided systematic management of the vulcanization workshop was established on the manufacture monitoring platform with MS and PDCA management methodologies. The vulcanization monitoring management system included production planning management, tooling and material management, curing parameters recording, automatic quality evaluation of the products on the basis of background data, and generation of production records, which was digitized and provided traceability management.
