摘要
为了提高实验的教学质量,减少环境污染,对磺胺醋酰钠的合成方法进行改进。以药用磺胺为原料,醋酐为酰化剂,在碱性溶液中制备磺胺醋酰钠。以苄基三乙基氯化铵为催化剂时,磺胺醋酰钠的收率为56.1%。
The synthesis method of sulfacetamide sodium was carried to improve the teaching quality,reduce environmental pollution. The experiment was carried under alkaline condition with medicinal sulfadiazine as raw material,acetic anhydride as acylating agent in alkaline solution. The yield of sulfacetamide sodium was 56. 1 % when benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride was used as catalyst.
