摘要
长输管道防腐工作的好坏将直接关系到天然气输送的安全性和可靠性以及天然气输送管道的使用寿命。因此,做好加强天然气管道防腐工作是至关重要的,本文对天然气管道腐蚀的影响因素进行总结,其中,外界因素是管道腐蚀的主要诱因,还要综合考虑内部因素以及生产运行因素。与之相对应的防腐方法主要是涂防腐层和阴极保护法,其中强制电流法是目前长距离管道最主要的保护方法。
Long-distance pipeline corrosion work will be directly related to the safety and reliability of natural gas transmission and natural gas pipeline service life. Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the anti-corrosion work of natural gas pipeline.In this paper,the factors influencing the corrosion of natural gas pipeline are summarized. Among them,the external factors are the main causes of pipeline corrosion,and the internal factors and production factors are also taken into account. Corresponding to the corresponding anti-corrosion method is mainly coated with anti-corrosion and cathodic protection method,in which the forced current method is the most important long-distance pipeline protection method.
