摘要
紫菜在生产时使用沉降剂明矾。因此,紫菜中含有铝,食用大量的铝会扰乱人体的代谢,对免疫系统、骨组织等造成危害,测定铝含量通常使用分光光度法。结果表明未清洗的紫菜铝含量最高,约为296.3mg/kg,洗一遍后紫菜中铝含量约为150.6mg/kg,清洗三遍紫菜中铝含量最少,约为72.6mg/kg。
Alums are utilized in the manufacture of laver. Laver contains the element of aluminum which can disrupt human metabolism process,immune system,and bone organization. Spectrophotometric method can be used in the measurement of aluminum. Results showed that laver without clean contained the highest quantities of aluminum( 296. 3 mg/kg). Laver washed once contained less aluminum( 150. 6 mg/kg). Laver washed thrice contained the least aluminum( 72. 6 mg/kg).
