主要综述了国内市场的一些酵母品牌,及主要品种,对半干酵母,鲜酵母,干酵母的储存,运输,发酵活性等几方面进行了比较,简述了安琪半干酵母的生产工艺流程,活力测定方法及技术关键,半干酵母的使用方法及注意事项。
This paper reviews some of the yeast brand in the domestic market,and the main varieties,semi dry yeast,yeast,yeast several aspects of fermentation activity were compared,such as storage,transportation and so on,the semi dry process production of Angel yeast,activity determination method and key technology,method of use note of semi dry yeast.
