关节镜下关节清理联合缺损区微骨折术在膝关节软骨缺损治疗中的应用分析被引量：2

摘要目的探究关节镜下关节清理联合缺损区微骨折术在膝关节软骨缺损治疗中的应用价值。方法选取86例于2014年1月至2015年12月来我院治疗的膝关节软骨缺损患者,随机分为甲乙两组,每组43例。给予甲组患者关节镜下关节清理联合缺损区微骨折术治疗,给予乙组患者关节镜下关节清理手术治疗。对比观察两组患者治疗前后膝关节评分、运动能力评分及总体治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者膝关节评分及运动能力评分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,甲组患者膝关节评分、运动能力评分及总体治疗效果明显高于乙组(P<0.05)。结论给予膝关节软骨缺损患者关节镜下关节清理联合缺损区微骨折术治疗,能有效改善患者膝关节功能,提高治疗效果。
