摘要
采用不同轴肩下压量进行了汽车5083用铝合金板的搅拌摩擦焊接,并进行了焊接接头的室温拉伸性能和冲击性能测试与分析。结果表明,随轴肩下压量从0逐渐增加到0.3 mm,接头室温拉伸性能和冲击性能均先提高后下降。与下压量为0相比,下压量为0.2 mm时,接头抗拉强度增大了75 N/mm^2,屈服强度增大了39 N/mm^2,断面收缩率增大了11.8%,冲击吸收功增大了25 J。轴肩下压量优选为0.2 mm。
5083 aluminum alloy plates for automobile were friction-stir welded with various plunge depths. And the tensile properties and impact property of the welds were tested and analyzed. The results show that the tensile properties and impact property of the welds first increase and then decrease with plunge depth increasing from 0 to 0.3 mm. Compared with the weld without plunge depth, the tensile strength, yield strength, section shrinkage and impact absorption energy of the weld with the plunge depth of 0.2 mm increase by 75 N/mm^2, 39 N/mm^2, 11.8% and 25 J, respectively. The optimized plunge depth is 0.2 mm.
