摘要
目的观察基于信息平台构建的新型延伸护理模式应用于慢性心衰护理中的应用效果。方法以本院老年内科2016年1~12月间护理的70例慢性心力衰竭住院患者作为本次研究对象。依据随机字表法将上述患者均分为对照组与观察组,两组于本院住院期间接受相同护理,出院后对照组给予常规延伸护理,观察组应用以信息平台为基础构建的新型延伸护理模式进行延伸护理;对比两组患者的院外自我护理水平、生活质量及对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患者对延伸护理工作的总满意率为94.29%,对照组总满意率为65.71%,观察组患者满意程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义P<0.01;观察组患者自我护理水平显著优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组患者生活质量显著优于对照组,P<0.01。结论基本信息平台构建的新型延伸护理模式对于慢性心力衰竭患者的适用性好,护理效果明确,应于本病的延伸护理工作中推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of new extended nursing mode based on information platform for chronic heart failure nursing.Methods 70 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random word table method.The two groups received the same nursing in our hospital during hospitalization.After discharge,the control group was given conventional extended care,and the observation group was given extended nursing model based on information platform for extended nursing;The self care level,quality of life and satisfaction degree of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 94.29%,which was 65.71%in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,(P〈O.01);The level of self-care in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,(P〈0.01);The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,(P〈O.O1).Conclusion The new extended nursing model based on the basic information platform is suitable for patients with chronic heart failure,and the nursing effect is clear.It should be extended in the extension nursing work of the disease.
