摘要
目的通过品管圈活动观察药物宣教临床护理路径应用于糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年10月~2017年1月收治的40例糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过品管圈活动进行培训考核后再给患者进行药物宣教。结果患者口服降糖药知识目标达成率为=94%,圈成员在活动信心、思考能力、QCC手法运用、操作能力等方面均有明显提高。结论品管圈活动全程药物宣教护理应用于糖尿病住院患者护理中可以有效帮助患者控制血糖,同时提高患者对糖尿病知识的掌握程度,帮助患者养成良好的生活习惯,提高患者服药的依从性。品管圈活动有应用于临床的价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of clinical nursing pathway of drug education applied to patients with diabetes through the quality control circle activities. Methods Forty diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to January＂ 2017 were chosen as a research object, and all them were treated with medication education after training and examination by means of quality control circle activities. Results The target completion rate of oral antidiabetic drugs knowledge in diabetics was ninety-four percent, and circle members in active confidence, thinking ability, QCC manipulation, the operation ability and so on have been significantly improved. Conclusion Quality control circle activities whole course drug education nursing care applied to diabetes patients in hospital nursing care can effectively help diabetics control blood glucose. Meanwhile, it can improve the degree of knowledge of diabetes for diabetics, help them to form good living habits, and improve the compliance for patients to take medicine. Quality control circle activities are worth using in clinical.
