摘要
目的研究子宫肌瘤患者子宫内膜病理特征,探讨影响子宫内膜病例特征的相关因素。方法临床纳入184例我院2014年6月~2015年8月期间收治的子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者子宫内膜病理特征情况进行分析。结果子宫内膜病变类型包括内膜息肉、单纯增生、复杂增生、不典型增生以及子宫内膜癌,其中相对于其他年龄段来说,病变主要集中在41~50岁组,而病变中又以内膜息肉最为常见,在其他年龄段与其他病变类型上,四组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。是否合并子宫腺肌病的患者在子宫内膜病变的发生率上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);是否为富于细胞型肌瘤的患者在子宫内膜病变的发生率上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤多发生于41~50岁的女性群体,可合并子宫内膜病变,其中以内膜息肉最为常见,而是否合并子宫腺肌病以及是否富于细胞型肌瘤与子宫内膜病变无关。
Objective To study the endometrial pathological features of uterine fibroids patients,and to explore the factors affecting the characteristics of endometrial cases. Methods 184 cases of uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the study subjects,and the pathological characteristics of endometrium in all patients were analyzed. Results The types of endometrial lesions include the intimal polyps,simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia,atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma,compared with other age groups,the lesions were mainly concentrated in the 41-50 age group,and the most common in the lesions were intimal polyps.There was no statistically significant difference between the four groups in other age groups and other pathological types （P〉0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of endometrial lesions in patients with adenomyosis （P〉 O.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of endometrial lesions for patients with cytopathic fibroids （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Uterine fibroids can be found in women between the ages of 41 and 50,with endometriosis,which is most common in endometrial polyps,and whether the combination of uterine adenomyosis and cell fibroids is not associated with endometrial lesions
