摘要
针对传统贾卡图案单一问题以及人们对针织面料花型多样性要求的提高,通过论述经编贾卡提花的编织原理,并对比分析传统贾卡组织与新型贾卡组织的特点和区别,以新型贾卡选针技术为研究出发点,探讨贾卡变化组织的工艺设计方法,并结合经编CAD系统进行实例设计。阐述工艺设计的要点,指出贾卡组织过渡衔接处要采用厚薄差别较大的组织使花型更立体、清晰,同时表明为了形成特殊的结构风格,应考虑不同组织搭配的效果。通过贾卡变化组织工艺的探讨,为贾卡面料的工艺设计提供参考。
Aiming at the singleness of traditional jacquard pattern and increase of people＇s demands for diverse knitted fabric pattern, it introduces the knitting principle of jacquard patterning, and it compares and analyzes the characteristics and differences between traditional and new jacquard stitch. Starting from the new jacquard needle selection technology, it explores the design method of variation of jacquard stitch, and designs examples by using the warp knitting CAD system. Meanwhile, it expounds the key points of process design and points out that the transition region of jacquard stitch should use stitch with different thickness to make pattern more three-dimensional and clear. In order to form a special style, it should consider the effect of different stitches combination. Through the inv＇estigation of variation of jacquard stitch process, it provides references for the design of jacquard fabric.
