摘要
介绍了包括数据引证技术、数据溯源技术、可逆隐藏技术在内的情报技术及电子取证技术、区块链技术等信息确权的基本技术与方法,这些技术与方法的有机结合与综合运用,可以实现对大数据环境下跨平台的不同粒度、不同格式、不同状态的数据信息产权归属及其权属性质的技术确认。
This paper introduces the basic technology and methods of confirming information property right, including data citation technology, data tracing technology, reversible biding technology and electronic forensics technology, block- chain technology and so on. The organic combination and comprehensive application of these technologies and methods can realize the property right ownership of the data information in different granularity, different formats and different states and its technical confirmation under the large data environment.
