看见与听见:学校文化的意会与言传——兼论波兰尼的默会知识观及其启示 被引量:17

Seeing and Hearing:Tacit Knowledge and Explicit Knowledge of School Culture——The Perspectives of Polanyi's "Tacit Knowledge" and Its Revelation

摘要 从萨特到梅洛-庞蒂的研究证明,视觉与听觉、看见与听见是人类感知世界最重要的方式。波兰尼把知识分为明述知识和默会知识,对于获得学校文化全景观具有重要意义。学校精神、制度、行为和物质文化的相当大部分可以明述,而人际、技能、能力、传统等属于学校默会文化。学校明述文化建设应该运用标准化、简易化策略,而默会文化建设需要走寓居—亲知与合法—边缘参与之路。研究者与学校密切合作进行学校文化建设,其共同目的是实现学校教育及其生活的富有。 Researches of Sartre and Merleau-Ponty prove that the sense of vision and the sense of auditory, in other words, seeing and hearing are the most important ways for human beings to perceive the world. Polanyi puts knowledge into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, both of which are of great significance to obtain the whole picture of school culture. For a school, its spirit, system, behavior and material culture can be expressed explicitly, while its interpersonal relationships, skills, competences and traditions belong to the tacit school culture. To construct the explicit school culture, we should use the strategies of standardizing and simplifying; while to build the tacit school culture, we need to be on the way of "living to acquaintance" and "legitimate peripheral participation". Researchers should work closely with schools in the construction of school culture with their common goal of realizing the enrichment of school education and school life.
