瑞舒伐他汀对代谢综合征患者血管内皮功能的影响被引量：1

摘要目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对代谢综合征(MS)患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及一氧化氮(NO)的影响,探讨其对内皮功能的影响。方法将78例MS患者随机分成两组,观察组40例,对照组38例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,加用瑞舒伐他汀10mg/d,治疗8周,治疗前后分别检测hs-CRP及NO。结果观察组与对照组比较,hs-CRP明显下降,观察组NO较对照组明显升高,观察组内皮依耐性血管舒张功能较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀能使MS人群血管内皮功能明显改善。
