摘要
针对CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道结构特点,提出技术合理,经济性好的优化设计方案。对传统和优化后的CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道在各种荷载作用下的结构受力进行计算对比分析,为优化设计方案提供理论指导。研究结论:(1)优化后的CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道可应用于高速铁路、城际铁路项目;(2)通过轨道结构受力计算可知,在列车荷载作用下,路基地段优化后道床板弯矩比传统CRTSⅠ型双块无砟轨道减少,底座弯矩比传统CRTSⅠ型双块无砟轨道增加;桥梁地段优化后道床板弯矩比传统CRTSⅠ型双块无砟轨道增大,增大幅度不大。单元式结构道床板在整体温度荷载作用下受到的轴力可大幅度减小。
In view of the structural characteristics of CRTS scheme with reasonable techniques and economic efficiency I double block ballastless track, a design is put forward. The structural stress of the traditional CRTS I double block ballastless track and the optimized one under various load forces is calculated and analyzed to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of the design. Analytical conclusions: (1) the optimized CRTS I double block ballastless track can be applied to high speed railway and intercity railway projects ; (2) the results of track structure stress calculation show that under the train load, the bending moment of the optimized track bed slab is less than that of the traditional one, and the bending moment of the optimized base is increased compared with the traditional one; the bending moment of the optimized track slab in the bridge section is larger than that of the traditional one ; the axial force of the unit structural track bed under the whole temperature load can be greatly reduced.
