摘要
积极参与长江综合立体交通走廊建设,加快长江经济带铁水联运发展,是铁路运输企业落实国家长江经济带战略的重要抓手。为充分发挥铁路在长江综合交通体系中的重要作用,在梳理长江航运及铁水联运发展现状的基础上,分析长江经济带铁水联运面临的机遇与挑战,研究提出打造长江经济带四大联运通道、健全铁水联运协调合作机制、推进沿江铁水联运设施建设、争取国家相关政策支持等发展对策。
It is significant for the railway transport enterprise to carry out a national strategy of Yangtze River economic corridor by actively participating in the construction of Yangtze River comprehensive transportation corridor, and accelerating the development of rail-water inter-modal transportation in the corridor. In order to take maximum advantage of railway in the comprehensive transportation system of Yangtze River, on the basis of an introduction to the current status of shipping and rail-water inter-modal transportation on Yangtze River, this paper expounds challenges and opportunities for rail-water inter- modal transportation, and proposes the solutions in four aspects： building four major intermodal transport corridors, improving the coordination and cooperation mechanism, promoting the construction of rail- water inter-modal transportation facilities and striving for relevant national suoDort oolicies.
