热烟雾施药方式对6种杀菌剂抑菌效果初探

摘要 为评价热烟雾施药方式在病虫害防治中的适用性,本文研究了热烟雾机喷洒6种不同类型杀菌剂后抑菌效果的差异显著性。收集使用热烟雾机喷雾前后的6种杀菌剂药液,配成接种有相应病原菌的培养基中进行培养,采用十字交叉法测定不同处理培养皿中的菌落直径,计算不同处理对6种杀菌剂的抑菌效果。使用热烟雾机喷洒化学杀菌剂20%苯醚甲环唑微乳剂、250g/L吡唑醚菌酯乳油、250g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂和0.5%小檗碱水剂,经烟雾管瞬间高温雾化后,以上药剂对病原菌的抑菌效果没有显著变化;而经瞬间高温雾化后,80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对病原菌抑制效果表现为抑菌率增加,而50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂则表现为抑菌率下降。本研究明确了热烟雾施药方式对不同种类杀菌剂稳定性的影响。 In order to evaluate the suitability of thermal aerosol application method in pest control, significance of difference of anti - fungal activities of 6 fungicides was studied after used by thermal aerosol spray. Firstly, 6 fungicides were collected before and after used by thermal aerosol sprayer. Then, the fungicides solutions were mixed into medium which were inoculated by corresponding pathogen, and the crossing diameter of colonies was measured. Finally, the anti - fungal activities of 6 fungicides were calculated under different treatments. The results showed that there was no significant difference between 4 fungicides which were atomized by thermal aerosol sprayer, including difenoconazole 20% ME, pyraclostrobin 250g/L EC, azoxystrobin 250g/L SC and berberine 0.5% AS, and that the anti - pathogen effect of mancozeb 80% WP atomized by thermal aerosol sprayer increased while the effect of boscalid 50% WG decreased. This study figured out the influence on the stability of different fungicides after used under thermal aerosol spraying method.
