逆行交锁髓内钉、新伤续断汤联合治疗股骨远端骨折(B、C型)术后康复疗效分析被引量：2

摘要目的:观察逆行交锁髓内钉、新伤续断汤联合治疗股骨远端骨折(B、C型)术后康复疗效。方法:选取方城县中医院股骨远端骨折(B、C型)患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组予逆行交锁髓内钉治疗,观察组予逆行交锁髓内钉+新伤续断汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、术后临床愈合时间。结果:观察组总有效率为97.37%(95%CI=85.96%~99.90%),对照组为78.95%(95%CI=65.99%~91.91%),两组综合疗效比较(u=1.295 6,P>0.05),差异无显著性意义;与对照组比较,观察组术后临床愈合时间低于对照组(t=10.195 6,P<0.001),差异有显著性意义。结论:采用逆行交锁髓内钉、新伤续断汤联合治疗股骨远端骨折(B、C型)术后康复患者的疗效可能优于应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗,其收益为OR=0.10(95%CI=0.01~0.86);NNT=5(95%CI=3.03~25.71)。
