摘要
目的探讨综合康复护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法 2016年1~12月我院呼吸内科收入慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者100例,随机分成常规护理组(A组)和综合康复护理组(B组),每组各50例,分析两组患者干预后肺功能改善情况。结果综合康复护理B组患者治疗总有效率为92.0%明显高于常规护理A组的患者治疗总有效率(72.0%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合康复护理B组患者的肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC和PEFR均显著优于常规护理A组的患者。结论综合康复护理措施对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用中效果显著,明显改善肺功能指标,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods 100 patients who diagnosed as COPD from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the routine nursing group（A group） and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group（group B）,with 50 patients in each group.After the nursing intervention,the improvements of pulmonary function of the patients in two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing B group was 92.0%,and significantly higher than that in routine nursing A group（72.0% ）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.The pulmonary function indexes FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEFR in the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing B group were significantly better than those in routine nursing A group. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures have significant effect in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,can significantly improve the pulmonary index and it is worth popularizing.
