摘要
目的调查重型脑挫裂伤患者家属焦虑和导致焦虑的相关因素,探讨护理对策,为护理管理及改进重病人护理服务质量提供依据。方法选取2016年9月~2017年3月期间我院神经外科收治的重型脑挫裂伤患者直接家属50名,采用自编问卷对患者家属的一般情况、焦虑和心理需求程度进行调查,调查问卷包括一般资料,SAS量表,CCFNI量表。结果重型脑挫裂伤患者家属焦虑评分值高于国内常模分,达到焦虑标准者占80%,主要表现为"常感到疲乏",年龄大、受教育程度低,无医疗保险患者家属焦虑评分较高,年龄大及受教育程度低的家属在获得支持的维度评分高,无医疗保险的患者家属在获得信息维度和病情保证维度上的评分高。结论医护人员在临床治疗和护理过程中,应积极采取措施,降低家属焦虑程度,使其为患者提供更高的社会支持、安抚和鼓励,使患者在最佳状态下接受救治与护理。
Objective To investigate the anxiety in family members and related factors of anxiety in patients with severe cerebral contusion and laceration,to explore the nursing strategies,to provide the basis for nursing management and improving the quality of care services for critically ill patients. Methods A total of 50 direct family members of patients with severe cerebral contusion enrolled in neurosurgery department of our hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were selected.The general condition,anxiety and psychological needs of the family members were investigated by self-compiled questionnaires.The questionnaire included general information,SAS Scale,CCFNI Scale. Results The scores of anxiety of family members in patients with severe cerebral contusion were higher than those in the domestic norm,those who met the anxiety criteria accounted for 80%,mainly manifested as＂often feel tired＂,old age,low level of education,the anxiety scores of family members of no medical insurance patients were higher,the family members with old age and low level of education had high ratings in support of the dimension,family members of no medical insurance patients had a high score on access to information dimensions and conditional assurance dimensions. Conclusion Health care workers in the clinical treatment and care process should take active measures to reduce the anxiety of family members to provide patients with higher social support,comfort and encouragement,so that patients in the best condition to receive treatment and care.
