摘要
本文针对情报学在其发展过程中随着与其他众多学科的交叉融合而所形成的涉及面很广的"大学科结构",尝试提出一种学科结构解析新观点,即认为当代中国情报学所业已形成的"三大研究范式",事实上其本身也就构成为一种新的"学科体系",以其为支点,在其外围则相应地搭建起了当代中国情报学的"学科群体系"。该"学科群体系"又进一步细分为核心学科领域、支撑学科领域、应用学科领域三大板块。其中,当代中国情报学核心学科领域是由情报研究/信息分析、知识服务、以"知识激活"为核心的智能理论、以"决策需求-知识激活-谋划策略"为导向的决策理论、信息人的信息竞争理论这5个必须部分所构成;当代中国情报学支撑学科领域是由信息科学学科群中的图书信息学(LIS)、信息哲学、以情报分析技术和知识技术为核心的信息技术、软科学、认知科学/思维科学、智能科学、传播学、以"信息资源管理/信息管理"和"知识管理"为主要内容的管理科学、服务科学这9个不可缺少的部分所构成;当代中国情报学应用学科领域主要是由竞争情报、经济情报、工商情报、政务情报、社会情报、科技情报、国防科技情报、军事情报、安全/公安情报之类重要分支所构成。
According to its wide and broad ＂vast disciplinary structure＂ that has already formed in the course of the development of information science in China under the crossing and fusing together of a variety of other relevant disciplines, this article tries to bring forth a new viewpoint regarding its disciplinary structure analysis and compre- hension; that is, the ＂three research paradigms＂ that contemporary Chinese information science has already presented can also produce and construct in itself a new kind of subject system. Then, based on this subject system, its disci- pline cluster system can be both set up and correspondingly come into being, which is further divided into three inte- gral parts： its core disciplinary field, supporting disciplinary field, and application disciplinary field. The core disciplinary field of contemporary Chinese information science comprises five essential elements, i.e., intelligence studies and information analysis, knowledge services, intelligence theory regarding the core content about a knowledge activation, decision theory oriented toward three cycle phases that are composed of the decision demand, knowledge activation, and bringing up the planning and strategy, and information competition theory for in- formation man.The supporting disciplinary field comprises nine indispensable ingredients, i.e., library and information science （LIS）, philosophy of information, information technology oriented toward intelligence analysis technology and knowledge technology, soft science, cognitive/thinking science, intelligence science, communication studies, man- agement science oriented toward IRM/IM and KM, and service science. Finally, the application disciplinary field comprises such significant and vital applied branches as competitive intelligence, economic intelligence, business intelligence, government intelligence, social intelligence, scientific and technological intelligence, defense scientific and technological intelligence, military intelligence, and （public） secu- rity intelligence.
