摘要
传统巷道掘进中,需要测量人员标定中线和腰线,且标定过程复杂,存在误差;同时在凿岩过程中,实际孔位往往与设计孔位存在较大误差,导致爆破后掌子面凹凸不平,超欠挖现象严重。针对上述问题,提出了一种凿岩台车钻孔定位技术,通过现场试验应用,该定位技术实现了凿岩精确性,减少超欠挖现象,尽可能确保了所有实际孔孔底位置在同一平面,较好地控制巷道形状,减少测量人员工作量,节约作业时间,提高效率,可在巷道掘进中推广使用。
In conventional drift excavation,midline and waistline are demarcated manually which is a complex process and prone to errors. At the same time,in the drilling process,the actual location of boreholes often deviates from the designed location,which will result in uneven excavation face and over-or under-blasted face phenomena after blasting. In light of such problems,the paper put forward a borehole-locating technique with drill jumbo. Field application showed that the locating technique achieved precise drilling,reduced over-or under-blasted face phenomena and to the maximum degree,ensured that the actual locations of every borehole were placed on identical level. So the shape of the drift is controlled well,the labor intensity is reduced,the operation time is saved and the efficiency is improved.The technique is worth promoting for the drift excavation.
