摘要
针对国内深松作业快速发展及深松机配套指导缺失这一现状,以典型的曲面铲深松机为切入点,对深松机的受力情况、拖拉机的牵引力情况进行了理论分析,提出了拖拉机田间实际滑转率的简易测试方法,并对拖拉机与深松机匹配结构尺寸特点进行了简要阐述,为广大农机工作者分析计算拖拉机与深松机的匹配研究提供参考。
In view of the rapid development of subsoiling operation and lack guidance on matching tractor with subsoiler, this paper takes the typical surface shovel as a starting point, analyzes the force of the subsoiler and traction force of the tractor, introduces the simple test method of actual slip rate of the tractor in the field, briefly describes the characteristics of matching structure of the tractor and subsoiler, and which can provide a reference for analysis and calculation of the tractor and subsoiler.
