摘要
环境问题的逐渐严峻,使得草原碳汇的生态、经济、社会价值受到了越来越多的关注。随着社会的发展以及管理主体的多元化,草原碳汇单一的管理机制不再符合社会需求,社会力量的参与迫在眉睫。文中在国家自然科学基金的支持下,以内蒙古自治区为例,通过访谈、调研获得数据,运用协同管理理论和社会网络分析构建了一个基于内蒙古地区调查的内蒙古草原碳汇协同管理网络模型。利用社会网络分析工具对内蒙古草原碳汇协同管理活动参与主体之间的合作行为进行了量化分析,找出相互之间隐含的关系分布特点和规律,并对促进网络结构的优化以及提高我国草原碳汇协同管理效率提出相应的策略。根据分析结果发现:1)草原碳汇协同管理活动中的核心元素,不仅在网络中拥有重要地位且承担着网络大部分的信息传递以及交流。2)整个网络的连通性较弱。3)网络凝聚度弱。
Ecological,economic and social values of grassland carbon sinks have been paid more and more attention in recent years because of the serious environmental problems. With the development of society and the diversification of management subjects,a single management mechanism has no longer meet the needs of the community. So the participation of social forces is imminent. In this research,with the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,taking the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,we constructed a Inner Mongolia grassland carbon sink collaborative management network model based on the Inner Mongolia area survey by interviewing and investigating the data,using the cooperative management theory and social network analysis. Network analysis tools were used to quantitatively analyze the cooperative behavior among the actors in the collaborative management activities of grassland carbon monoxide in Inner Mongolia. The characteristics and rules of the implicit relationship distribution between each other were found out,and the corresponding strategies that can promote the optimization of the network structure and improve the grassland carbon sink collaborative management efficiency were put forward. According to the results of the analysis,it is found that firstly,the core elements of grassland carbon sink co-management activities not only have important position in the network,but also bear the most information transmission and communication of the network. Secondly,the connectivity of the entire network is weak.
