摘要
公共管理主要是对以利益与认可为实质的群际关系进行调整。为了能够切实提高公共管理有效性,必须要对互依三角所扮演的文化社会角色进行了解,并在其互动的过程中选择合适的文化,对其加以融合。文章中主要以公共管理有效性的文化融合机制为前提,对其进行了系统的分析,希望能够真正实现政策评价系统的和谐发展。
Public management is mainly to adjust the inter-group relationship with interests and recognition as the essence. In order to be able to effectively improve the effectiveness of public management, we must understand each other's cultural and social roles and choose the appropriate culture in the process of interaction and integrate them. The paper mainly systematically analyzes the cultural integration mechanism of public management effectiveness, hoping to realize the harmonious development of the policy evaluation system.
