摘要
目的探讨微格教学法在医学研究生急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2014级医学研究生60名为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30名)和对照组(30名)。两组的培训内容为临床常用的急救技能操作,包括心肺复苏、电除颤、简易呼吸器。培训中对照组和观察组分别采用传统教学法和微格教学法进行教学。比较两组急救技能操作考试成绩,并对两种教学方法的教学效果进行问卷调查。结果观察组的急救技能操作考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对教学效果的评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微格教学法能提高学生的急救技能,有助于激发学生的主观能动性,发散学生思维,提高教学质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of microteaching in the emergency skills training of medical postgraduates.Methods 60 undergraduate nursing students in Grade 2014 were divided into observation group(30) and control group(30).The content of this training included cardiopulmonary resuscitation,electric defibrillation and simply respirator. The control group used the traditional method. The observation group used microteaching method. The examination scores,the teaching effects were compared between two groups. Results The examination scores,the teaching effects of the observation group were obviously higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Microteaching can improve the students' emergency skills,and is helpful to stimulate students' subjective initiative and improve the teaching quality.
