摘要
研究不同含量的La、Ni对7050铝合金组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着Ni元素的增加,合金的抗压强度和硬度有所提高,当Ni含量从0wt.%~0.15 wt.%时,合金的硬度大幅度增加,抗压强度达到了最高值848.04 MPa;随着La元素含量的增加,合金的微观组织得到较好的细化,合金的抗拉强度、抗压强度和硬度大幅度提高,当添加La元素的含量为0.1 wt.%时,合金的硬度达到了93.80 HRB,其抗拉强度和抗压强度分别为124.29 MPa和885.17 MPa.
This paper mainly studied the impact of the different content of La and Ni elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050 casting alloy.The results showed that with the increase of Ni element,the strength and hardness of the alloy are improved.Especially,the hardness of the alloy increases dramatically when the Ni content increases from 0 wt.% ~ 0.15 wt.%.Meanwhile,The compressive strength reached a maximum of 848.04 MPa.As the amount of La elements increases,The microstructure of the alloy is well refined.Then the tensile strength,compressive strength and hardness of alloy are greatly improved.When the content of the add La element is 0.1 wt.%,The alloy has a hardness of 93.80 HRB,and the tensile strength and compressive strength of the alloy are 124.29 MPa and 885.17 MPa,respectively.
