自升式钻井平台钻台钻井设备布置方案确定 被引量:1

Determination of the Drilling Equipments Layout on Drill Floor for Self-elevating Drilling Unit

摘要 针对自升式平台钻台钻井设备的最优布置问题,基于功能单元相关度对平台进行子区域划分与模块分解,提出3种设备布置方案,分析总结每一种方案的布置特点,引入层次分析法建立评价指标体系,得出了评价指标权系数矩阵,通过判断矩阵一致性验证了权系数矩阵的合理性,最终确定方案2为最优方案。 Aiming at obtaining the optimal layout of equipments,three setting plans of drilling equipments on drill floor were presented by means of area dividing and module decomposition for the whole system and analyzed characteristics,the coefficient matrix were obtained by the establishment of system indexes with analytic hierarchy process,the optimal plan was selected finally.
