微创拔牙术在阻生齿拔除中的应用效果观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨微创拔牙术在阻生齿拔除中的应用效果。方法:选取在医院进行治疗的阻生齿患者94例,按随机数表法分为两组,各47例。对照组行传统拔牙治疗,观察组予微创拔牙术治疗,比较两组张口受限、局部肿胀程度及口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评分。结果:观察组0度张口受限程度及轻度局部肿胀程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组OHIP-14评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在阻生齿拔除中实施微创拔牙术可减轻张口受限程度及局部肿胀程度,促进口腔健康状况改善。
